I tried out the app Super Better and while I, unfortunately, haven't reached level six yet I do enjoy how it gamifies mental health into a series of quests and challenges you can embark yourself on. One quest I was given was to try out a change of scenery which is something I'm doing right now as I complete this assignment in a place where I haven't done work before. The game taps into the aesthetic of challenge as all of its quests and activities give players a sense of challenge to overcome in the matter of improving mental health. It also taps into the aesthetic of fellowship as it is a social game that encourages to improve your mental health with others.
